Curry Meatballs

A different twist to the traditional: the sauce is made with island curry, coconut milk, onions, peppers, scallions, thyme and pimento OR Italian style in a tomato sauce, flavored with thyme and pimento.

Chicken Wings

First marinated in onions, peppers, garlic, celery, and island spices we then baked them, and top off with Saffron's secret jerk sauce OR choose ginger teriyaki, honey mustard, or buffalo sauce. Finger lickin' good!
